Love the new desert boots I received as a present from my aunt when she was visiting. Perfect to loosen up a skinny ripped or stained jeans. I've topped it off with my new black wings shirt.

Vendors, Vintage & Fur @ Flea Market
Today I went to the flea market in the IJhallen in Amsterdam. The IJhallen are situated in the North of Amsterdam, on the NDSM wharf. This is a former shipyard on the bank of the IJ and is a center for subculture. The NDSM wharf is also known as the "media wharf" because it houses several media organisations like Viacom (MTV Networks) and Discovery Networks. It is a very industrial and inspiring environment where the largest flea market of the Netherlands is organised once a month.

Have a vintage weekend
Of course, among the fashion minded, Amsterdam is well known to be a vintage heaven. But next weekend, even the most fanatic vintage shoppers can eat their hearts out because it's vintage heaven with three (!) events! It is dizzying me: how am I supposed to plan my weekend around these three wonderful initiatives! After the weekend, a report on my secondhand treasures and (a few of) these events.
