Selamat makan

Today, my dear grandmother thaught me how to make my favourite Indonesian snack, called lemper. It is sticky rice, named ketan, filled with meat. The meat is called abon and very delicious. We spend hours rolling rice and talking about life. "Kumpulan" would my grandmother say; to get together, to talk and enjoy family life.

I am addicted to this new fake leather pants I bought at h&m. Because it attracts such attention, I like to combine it easy and make it less edgy with softer fabrics like woolen knits. To avoid being boring, I love to add some details. Today, I went for some details in red.

Torned Tights

I always loved the ripped thights but was afraid it would be so fragile that clumsy me would tore the entire tights apart. This weekend I found some thights in were it seems like it has gaps but in fact the fabric is very thin knitted in some parts. I loved the idea! No cold legs and no fear of totally ripped tights at the end of the evening. I like to combine it with a large knitted black sweater to take the attention to your legs and nowhere else.
