This week the annual Interior Design Fair is taking place in the Amsterdam Rai again. I was asked by my former employer from De Bakkerswinkel to work on the fair this week. At de Bakkerswinkel (the Bakery), we serve breakfast, lunch and high tea in a typical English, but very stylish, surrounding ( check us out at
http://www.debakkerswinkel.com/). At the Interior Design Fair, we are part of an exhibition from the Dutch living magazine
Eigen Huis & Interieur. The exhibition was designed by
Jelle Hekstra from
Strand NL, a Dutch design and interior company. I love the inspiring people who visit the fair or exhibit their own creative products, from furniture to jewelry and even clothes (I actually don't see the direct link between clothes and Interior Design, but I don't complain!). A first impression of the fair under here, more pictures will follow!

The bread we sell at De Bakkerswinkel is from sourdough and very heavy, all the breads weigh one kilo each! The bread is from the Vlaamsch Broodhuys
