At Saturdays I love to walk around on markets. At the Nieuwmarkt in Amsterdam there is a biological fresh market every Saturday. It is a small but good market and my favourite stall is the one with all different kinds of edible mushrooms. It sells nothing else but mushrooms! Also, there is a bakery called le perron and I am crazy about the bread with figs and gorgonzola in it. A teriffic combination. See and get bio-inspired!
