Amsterdam North is an upcoming neighborhood, where the proximity of the NDSM wharf as “center for underground culture in Amsterdam” attracts a lot of young entrepreneurs which results in some very good, and very hidden, shops.
Last week, after visiting the jawdropping new filmmuseum Eye, I visited this shop called “Van Dijk & Co”. “Wholesale and retail in antiques and stuff”, is their pragmatic and funny description. Oh men, I wish I already owned my own house.
